MARTEN 49 SET TO COMPETE IN 2007 HAMILTON ISLAND RACE WEEK

Completing a Trans Tasman Crossing for the second time since its launch in October 2006, Marten 49 ‘Carerra’ will return to Australian waters this August to compete in the Audi Hamilton Island Race Week 2007. This will be the first time in the history of the event that one of these luxury high performance Cruiser Racers will be competing.

Once the racing has concluded, owner John Meadowcroft his wife and his three teenage daughters plan to cruise around the Islands utilising all the modern amenities and luxurious comforts that the Marten 49 has to offer.
