Marten Yachts commanded the attention of competitors and passers-by alike at this year's Audi Hamilton Island Race Week. Three Marten 49s entered into the prestigious event, with one yacht making the trip from Perth, up and around the top of Australia to join the race fleet.

“It was great to see such a strong Marten presence at arguably one of the most competitive regattas in the country,” commented Marten Yachts Brand Manager Jason Rowed. 

Competition between the Marten's proved rife as 'Perpetual Mocean' took on 'Ocean Affinity' in the IRC Invitational. In the end it was 'Perpetual Mocean' that outperformed the Brisbane-based yacht, claiming the runner up title ahead of 4th placed 'Ocean Affinity'.
